Admission Policy & Process :

1. Centralized Admission Process (CAP) via Maharashtra DTE: All State‑quota seats (Home University, Other University, TFWS, J&K migrants, All‑India) are filled through CAP rounds based on MHT‑CET or JEE Main scores

Maharashtra now conducts 4 CAP rounds (up from 3). Seat confirmation is mandatory if allotted within:

• Round 1: first‑choice college
• Round 2: top 3 choices
• Round 3: top 6 choices
• Round 4: any allotted seat

2. Institute‑Level Quota (Management/Minority seats): Leftover seats after CAP are filled at the institute level (advertised locally or on SBPCOE’s website).

Candidates apply directly to the college; admissions based strictly on merit (MHT‑CET/JEE score), plus required documents

3. Vacancy/Spot Rounds: Any seats vacant after CAP and Institute rounds are filled subsequently via spot admissions—again strictly on merit and duly publicized
