The department of Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering started in 2009 with an intake of 60 students. This is the core branch of Engineering that will always be in great demand because almost every industry needs the expertise of Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering.

The department offers excellent infrastructure and resources in the form of well equipped laboratories with modern software tools required for the curriculum. E&TC department has highly qualified & well experienced Faculty members who continuously up-grades their knowledge. The staff is always motivated to go for higher education, seminars, STTPs, workshops. Many of them have presented & published research papers in National & International Conferences /Journals.

The Department has its own students association called “EESA”, Electronics Engineering Students Association. Various Departmental activities like “Teachers Day”, “Engineers Day”, and Farewell Party to final year students are organized by the association. As consider with the extracurricular activities, the department concentrates on the conduction of Unit Test per semester, Prelim Examination & MOCK Practical Examination to prepare them for the Finals. The goal of the Department is to provide quality education to the students with modern teaching tools & the necessary facilities needed to do so.

Our department has student centric approach to solve the student’s problem & taking care for the students professional behavior requires in Industry. Department successfully runs the Industrial visits, industry internship and projects through various industries tie up. Our Academic result in the University of Pune (SPPU) examinations is outstanding.
